The Eternal Now

Time tried to pull me into yesterday’s shadows
and tomorrow’s phantoms—
but the flame called me to the narrow gate
of the eternal Now.

Here, every heartbeat becomes a temple,
every breath a sacred offering,
every moment a chance to remember
that I was never separate,
never late,
never lost.

Now is where the Kingdom unfolds.
Now is where Christ lives as me.
Now is where love consumes
all illusions of fear.

I stand barefoot in this holy instant,
the soil of eternity under my feet,
and whisper:
I am home.
