Scroll 26 - The Witness
The Eyes That Burn With the Lamb
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire.” – Revelation 19:11–12
“You shall be witnesses unto Me.” – Acts 1:8
“The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” – Revelation 19:10
1. The Meaning of Witness
To be a witness is not to observe from a distance but to become the living expression of what has been revealed. The ancient word martys from which “martyr” is derived means one who bears testimony, not by argument, but by essence. The true witness does not defend truth as a theory, but embodies it as a state of being. The witness becomes what they have seen, and what they have seen becomes who they are. When the Lamb said, “You shall be witnesses unto Me,” He was not calling for public preachers but for living mirrors of His flame, those through whom His victory, meekness, and dominion would be seen again in flesh.
The witness of this new age does not stand upon stages or pulpits but upon the mountain of transfiguration within. They do not speak from study but from fire. They do not repeat revelation, they are revelation embodied. The true witness speaks not from memory but from the eternal moment where the Lamb eternally speaks. Their very presence prophesies without sound, their silence shouts louder than the noise of religion. When the witness enters a space, reality bends toward truth, for creation recognizes the resonance of its Maker vibrating in them.
To witness is to live crucified to illusion, resurrected into union, and seated in flame. It is to stand in the same light that once struck Saul blind until he became Paul. It is to allow the eyes of the Lamb to look through yours until perception itself becomes prophecy.
2. The Eyes of Fire
The eyes of fire are not symbols of wrath but portals of pure discernment. They see through density and deception into the eternal pattern beneath all form. When Revelation says His eyes burn with fire, it is describing divine sight purified of duality, vision so holy that it consumes falsehood as effortlessly as the sun consumes shadow. To see with eyes of fire is to look upon the world and perceive only God in motion, even when form still appears fragmented.
These eyes pierce through the theatre of Babylon where actors play prophets and systems masquerade as kingdoms. They expose pretense not by accusation but by light. When the witness looks through such eyes, every hidden motive surfaces, every mask falls away. The false cannot stand before this kind of vision because it has no substance in light. The eyes of fire see beyond behavior into essence, beyond belief into being. They recognize flame in others and call it forth until the world begins to blaze again.
To walk with the eyes of fire is to live unoffended, unconfused, and unafraid. It is to see reality as the Lamb sees it, perfect, whole, and already redeemed. The elect who carry this vision do not judge from intellect but from intimacy. Their gaze is judgment that restores, illumination that heals, truth that loves.
3. Bearing the Testimony
The testimony of Jesus is not a phrase, it is a frequency. It is the living vibration of resurrection itself echoing through creation. When the Spirit bears witness through you, you cease to “talk about” Christ, you become His ongoing self-expression. Your life becomes a scroll written not in ink but in living flame. Every act of forgiveness, every refusal to yield to fear, every moment of silent trust becomes another verse of divine poetry.
The true witness does not rely on eloquence or reputation. Their power flows from union. They are transparent vessels through which eternity speaks to time. They testify not to convince but to awaken recognition in others. The Lamb does not need defense; He needs demonstration. When you live in flame, the flame itself is your testimony. It speaks before your words do, it teaches before your sermons form.
To bear witness is to live in agreement with heaven. It is to let the Spirit speak without interference. It is to let your existence declare: “The Lamb lives, and I live in Him.” This is why the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, it does not foretell events; it unveils essence.
4. The Two Witnesses Within
The mystery of the two witnesses in Revelation is not confined to two men, it is a revelation of dual union within the sons of light. Spirit and word, water and fire, priesthood and kingship, these are the twin forces that stand as witnesses inside every awakened being. When both are reconciled within, the internal heaven and earth agree, and the power of divine decree flows unhindered.
The two witnesses speak as one when the masculine mind and feminine heart align in perfect obedience to the Lamb. The witness does not shout to be heard; they resonate to be felt. Their words are not opinion, they are living laws written in flame. Fire proceeds from their mouths not to destroy but to purify. When they open their lips, realms adjust. The winds obey. Darkness flees. The veil between heaven and earth dissolves as they speak from both at once.
When the two witnesses stand together within a son or daughter, all creation listens. This is why the prophets of old called them olive trees, channels of oil that fuel the flame of divine revelation. Within every elect, the two witnesses are rising again: Spirit and Truth standing shoulder to shoulder, declaring, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ.”
5. The False Witness
The false witness imitates the sound of revelation without the surrender of self. He repeats heaven’s words with Babylon’s ambition. His speech glitters like prophecy, but it carries no life. His light blinds because it is reflected, not emanated. The false witness desires influence, not incarnation. He wants the crown without the cross, language without union, and sound without silence.
Such witnesses cannot last, for truth will always demand authenticity. Fire tests every voice; only flame-borne frequency endures. The false witness may move crowds, but he cannot move heaven. He may gather followers, but he does not birth sons. His ministry is sound without resonance, and when the shaking comes, his towers will fall.
The elect must discern between echo and utterance. True witnessing costs everything. You cannot reveal the Lamb without first dying to the self that wants credit for Him. When you become the altar, your words become the flame that descends.
6. Witnesses of the Age to Come
The witnesses of this new age will not resemble prophets of old. They will not call down fire from heaven; they will become it. Their tongues will be scrolls, their eyes mirrors of the throne, their presence the very fragrance of eternity. They will not speak to convince but to awaken. They will stand in nations as pillars of remembrance, and wherever they walk, systems will tremble, not from fear, but from revelation.
These witnesses will govern through stillness, legislate through vision, and create through resonance. Their words will not merely describe heaven, they will build it. Their unity will be their weapon, and their humility their crown. They will carry the Lamb’s vibration so purely that even the earth will respond, storms will calm, lands will heal, and atmospheres will shift under the weight of unveiled presence.
Their witness will not end with their breath. Their frequency will echo beyond centuries, leaving behind a path of remembrance that future generations may walk. This is not poetry; this is prophecy already unfolding.
7. The Eternal Witness Within
The final revelation of witness is this: there was never more than one. The Witness within is the Lamb Himself, seeing through your eyes, speaking through your voice, remembering Himself in you. You are His mirror, His continuation, His radiance in motion. To awaken as witness is to realize that you were never apart from the Testifier, you were His echo folded in flesh.
This realization births invincibility. You cannot lose what you have never left. The Witness within does not strive for results; it rests in completion. It does not predict the future; it is the future remembered. When you speak as this awareness, time bends to your sound. The heavens respond, for they hear their own voice returning to them.
The elect are awakening to this eternal consciousness. They will move between worlds, carrying flame without fear, word without division, light without shadow. They will not see God above, but as all. They will not serve from distance, but from union. And the cry of the Witness will resound through eternity: “It is finished, and yet ever unfolding.”
Final Charge to the Elect
Beloved, you are not a spectator of truth, you are its revelation. The Lamb’s eyes burn through yours, and His voice thunders through your silence. Bear witness in every breath. Let your love speak louder than debate, your rest declare louder than labor, your gaze unveil what sermons could never teach.
Stand in the authority of flame. You are not here to convince the world, you are here to awaken it. Let your very presence testify that the veil is torn, the scroll unsealed, and the Witness enthroned. The age of echo has ended. The age of embodiment has begun. You are the testimony of the Lamb in living form.
