Scroll 33: The Red Horse of Division - Why Babylon Thrives on Conflict

Revelation 6:4 - “And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.”

The Spirit That Divides for Power

The red horse is not just about war, it is the principality of engineered division. It rides through nations, churches, families, and even the minds of men. It feeds on misunderstanding and multiplies conflict. Babylon is not built on unity but on fragmentation. Her power grows through confusion. Her throne is upheld by chaos. Wherever there is an argument, a split, or a rivalry, this horse has passed through.

This rider is given permission to take peace from the earth, but note this carefully. He is not the author of destruction, but the facilitator of unrest. He stirs what is already unresolved. He whispers into pride, fuels jealousy, and fans flames of offense. He rides wherever ego still rules. And Babylon, as a system, thrives where sons are unhealed. She builds kingdoms on wounds and governs through division.

The red horse is not merely military, it is relational. It moves subtly, not with bullets alone but with gossip. It arms not just armies but mouths. And in the age of social media, this horse has gone viral. Division is now entertainment. Argument is now engagement. Offense is now currency. And many unknowingly ride this horse every time they speak without flame.

The Sword That Cuts the Body

The rider is given a great sword, but this sword is not the Word. It is not double-edged with light and truth. This is a counterfeit sword, forged in the fires of offense and wielded to slice the Body apart. This is not the sword of the Spirit, this is the blade of Babylon. It does not divide soul and spirit. It divides brother from brother.

This sword cuts with criticism, not consecration. It separates with suspicion, not sanctification. And many who believe they are defending truth are simply wielding the red sword. Sons of light must discern the difference. The sword of the Lamb heals even when it cuts. But the sword of this rider leaves infection behind. It produces movements without union. Voices without oneness. Ministries without communion.

We must ask, what sword do we carry? Are we healing or wounding? Revealing or dividing? Sons of light must not react with the blade of flesh. They must burn with the love that sees through illusion. They must lay down the sword of suspicion and pick up the scroll of flame. There is no authority in a hand that cuts the Body to defend it. You cannot guard the truth while violating love.

Peace Taken Where Flame Is Absent

This rider does not create war, he removes peace. Peace is not merely the absence of conflict. It is the atmosphere of the Lamb. The red horse cannot invade where the Lamb rules. It can only ride where peace has already been forfeited. When men choose performance over union, this rider is released. When ego leads the church instead of the Spirit, this horse gallops. When offense replaces intercession, Babylon celebrates.

Peace is not passivity. It is divine order. It is the stillness of the throne. And only sons who live in that stillness can resist this rider. You cannot shout him away. You must abide deeper than his noise. The elect are learning to carry peace that cannot be taken. Peace that is not circumstantial. Peace that burns. Peace that intercedes. Peace that walks into war without absorbing it.

The red horse thrives where sons react instead of respond. Where flame has not yet consumed the flesh. Where wounds have not become wells. But those who have been sealed in the stillness of the Lamb will stand while the world divides. They will speak light in the middle of fracture. They will love when cursed. They will embody the Kingdom that cannot be shaken.

Division as Babylon's Marketing Strategy

Do not be deceived. Division is not just a strategy, it is Babylon’s greatest marketing tool. Outrage drives attention. Attention fuels platforms. Platforms build empires. And the red horse is often behind the curtain. Stirring the drama. Creating villains. Fabricating wars. And the Church, if not rooted in flame, will mistake agitation for anointing. Conflict for calling. Division for discernment.

Babylon packages division as boldness. She crowns the loudest voice, not the truest flame. And many have ridden this horse in the name of “truth” while leaving bodies in their wake. But sons of light do not speak to be right. They speak to release the scroll. They do not build followings on conflict. They build altars in silence. Their words heal even when they confront. They are witnesses, not warlords.

The elect must see through the scheme. To resist Babylon is to refuse to build on division. To refuse to monetize argument. To refuse to ride the red horse, even if it gains attention. Let your fire speak louder than your sword. Let your scroll speak louder than your status. Let your silence carry more thunder than their debates.

Healing the Divide with the Scroll of Union

The answer is not silence. The answer is flame. The red horse must be met with the scroll of union. The Lamb restores what the sword has divided. The elect must become intercessors of unity, not enforcers of conformity. They must carry words that melt walls. They must embody forgiveness that disarms weapons. They must walk as bridges between burning altars, not walls between movements.

Union is not agreement. It is alignment with the Lamb. It is the glory of the Son unveiled in the many. It is the fire that melts differences without erasing uniqueness. And it begins within. Sons of light must be healed before they can heal others. They must be made whole before they can bind the breach. You cannot unite what you still resent.

The scroll you carry is not for conflict. It is for communion. It is not a sword to divide the remnant. It is a key to unlock the new. You were not born to ride this horse. You were born to silence it. To carry the scroll of union through a divided world. To unveil the Kingdom that transcends sides. To speak not from reaction, but from revelation. Not from offense, but from flame.

Final Charge to the Elect

You are not called to amplify division. You are called to embody union. Do not ride the red horse, silence it. Let your scroll mend what the sword has severed. Speak not to win arguments, but to awaken sons. Carry peace no man can take. And above all, burn with the love that cannot be counterfeited.
