The Silent Witness

In the quiet space behind my thoughts,
I found the silent witness
who never sleeps,
never judges,
never fears.

This witness sees with eyes of eternity,
holding all things
in gentle, unwavering light.

Here, the storms of the mind
lose their power,
and waves of emotion
settle into a sea of glass.

Here, I see as Christ sees—
beyond form,
beyond time,
beyond illusion.

And in that seeing,
I remember:
I am not the storm,
I am the silent witness
who rests in I AM.
